Some information on our breakfast buffet:
- Our sausage comes from two trusted regional, rural butchers.
- The farms in our neighbourhood supply our fruit, vegetables and eggs.
- The bread is still handmade at bakeries in the surrounding villages.
- The Faller company from the Black Forest supplies our jams and jellies.
- Here in Rhenish Hesse, the wine jellies are produced from Rhenish Hessian wines and sparkling wines.
- The coffee is supplied by Darboven.
- We procure the tea specialities from Ronnefeldt.
