The producer’s establishment hereby invites you to chat about wine. Wolfgang and René Peth, who are passionate vintners, focus on pluralistic flavour kicks. Classic varieties vie with Rhenish Hessian delight in the experimentation with younger cultures. Environmentally-friendly cultivation and careful wine preparation guarantee a feast for the senses you won’t regret, whether these wines harmoniously accompany culinary delicacies or develop their character as a solo drink.

We present to you our most recent wines in our Internet shop. These delicious wines present Rhenish Hessian diversity, generated through our differing vineyard soils – only in suitable locations do the individual vine varieties produce the best quality – the microclimate, the vine variety and the yield-limiting measures conducted by the vintner in the vineyard, i.e. the quality-orientated vine pruning and removal of stunted shoots; in summer the removal of leaves and the halving of the grapes. The vine then concentrates its energy on the remaining fruits. Discover the individual character of every wine – and we wish you much enjoyment when doing so!

Wine-tasting – wine consultation – wine sales
Visitors are most welcome to sample the wines at the VinoPeth. Our sales room embodies the traditional and the modern. Our entire wine assortment is available here for tasting and for purchase.
Opening hours, VinoPeth:
Monday to Thursday: 16:00 - 18:00 hrs
Friday: 13:00 - 18:00 hrs
Saturday: 10:00 - 17:00 hrs
EVENTS
At the weekends, you can participate in a sophisticated atmosphere and appropriate ambience in a wine-tasting with a hearty vintner’s supper. The vintner provides professional remarks on the wines, and there is plenty more opportunity for stimulating conversations. We are happy to inform you on which dates there are still free places!
Winter wine-tasting:
11th and 18th November 2018 from 14:00 to 18:00 hrs (by prior reservation only).
Advent atmosphere in Flörsheim-Dalsheim (open for trade all weekend):
24th and 25th November 2018 from 11:00 to 18:00 hrs (no prior reservation required).
We will open up our VinoPeth for you! Sample fine wines full of character, sparkling wine, frizzante, juices and spirits. We are happy to advise you. We also provide small delicacies as an accompaniment.
The wine-tasting with cheese and sausage specialities from 11:00 to 17:00 hrs in the VinoPeth costs 5.00 Euros per person, which however are included in the price with a purchase totalling 50.00 Euros. You can sample wines as much as you like for the whole afternoon. We offer coffee and cake in the guesthouse (€ 1.00 per cup of coffee and € 2.00 per piece of cake or gateaux).

Our nature-friendly, sustainable and quality-orientated work in the vineyard involving the cropping, selection and halving of the grapes provides us with a healthy starting product for high-quality wines, and this year for year. These wines stand for their vine variety, their location, Rhenish Hesse and the Peth wine-growing estate. We leave our wines in our cellar for a long period of maturation, and look forward to them and the enjoyment they provide us and our customers.
EXPERIENCE AND STUDIES
The eighth generation of the family, represented by René Peth, now delight in the optimum vine locations. He works with great commitment hand in hand with his father, Wolfgang Peth, taking great care to preserve the natural surroundings. Quality in the vineyard and cellar represent the be all and end all for both wine enthusiasts. Wines typical for the variety with great character are obtained with respect for the individuality of the location and the personality of the vine variety.
RETAINING VALUABLE ASSETS AND CREATING NEW ONES
The natural diversity of our locations with their differing soil qualities characterise the vine varieties thriving there. Every year, we create and preserve our valuable cultural wine goods with our respect for the individuality of the terroir and the personality of the vine variety. The individual locations are called Nieder-Flörsheimer Frauenberg, Goldberg, Steig and the Dalsheimer Bürgel as well as the Kriegsheimer Rosengarten – calling cards for unique wines.
WINE-TASTING – A PALATE WHICH LOVES NEW DELIGHTS -
Practice increases the level of enjoyment, and only those who get involved with liquid bodies can learn to distinguish between them. Our knowledge certainly doesn’t suppress our passion. We share the enthusiasm of the eternally-learning consumer – and therefore our wine-tastings are entertaining and informative. In addition to red and white wines, of course, we can offer rosé-shimmering wines, enticing Riesling vinter’s sparkling wines with a bouquet of varietal purity, brandies or delicious liqueurs.
